Aging Together

?Aging Together is a partnership-driven agency that helps our region prepare for an unprecedented growth in the older population, assuring local residents will have the services and supports they need as they age. This partnership is built on an alliance of more than 150 regional organizations and individuals who actively participate in one or more County Teams that work in their communities and collaborate across agencies, counties and interest areas.
