Stand Up Paddle Yoga and Fitness classes are a challenging and innovative way to practice yoga and work on your fitness while floating in a beautiful and refreshing mountain reservoir! The 90 minutes classes include SUP board, anchors, life vests, and basic paddle instructions. Benefits of SUP Yoga/Fitness include the promotion of mindfulness, increased breath control, and increased balance and flexibility — and it is just fun!
