The most wonderful time of the year is just around the corner, and we’re thrilled to invite you to our annual Christmas Parade and Artisan Market in the heart of our picturesque, historic town. As the snowflakes begin to fall (Mother Nature willing) and the scent of freshly sugar cookies and caramel apples fills the air, our town transforms into a winter wonderland straight out of a holiday storybook.

The enchanting parade winds its way through little Washington featuring spectacularly adorned handcrafted floats, marching bands playing joyful melodies, and Santa and Mrs. Claus who will make their grand appearance, spreading cheer and merriment to all. Bring the whole family — there’s something for everyone!

Before and after the parade, you’ll find our charming town comes alive with the buzz of our Artisan Market. Stroll through the market’s quaint stalls, where Virginia artisans will showcase their handmade treasures. Discover unique, one-of-a-kind gifts, from handcrafted ornaments to delectable holiday treats, perfect for everyone on your list. The market will also feature carolers, hot cocoa stands, pony rides, face painting, and a cozy bonfire to keep you warm as you browse. Local shops will also be open for more unique gift options.
