CulpeperFest is a free, family‑friendly community festival that brings together local businesses, organizations, and entertainment for an evening of fun and connection. Attendees can explore more than 130 vendors, enjoy food trucks and a beer-and-wine garden, and take part in activities for all ages, including large-vehicle displays, face painting, caricature artists, cultural dancers, a birds-of-prey display, and bounce houses. Live music and performances throughout the event include the return of the Soundwave Showdown community music competition.
