Rapp Respite: An Afternoon of Community and Care

Please join us as we officially launch our newest initiative to help Rappahannock County older adults age in their homes and stay in our community!
Our community-based dementia support program is providing information and resources for those living with dementia and Parkinson’s Disease and caregiving for those loved ones; facilitating monthly caregiver support sessions and regular connection; and now creating “Rapp Respite” – a program that will offer a safe space for social connection for people living with early to mid-stage dementia or Parkinson’s Disease while providing much needed respite for their caregivers.
We are asking for your support specifically to bring “Rapp Respite” to life this Fall.
