Our winemaker, Carl, leads this tasting and talks about how white wine is made, how red wine is made, how to achieve aeration perfection, how to behave in a restaurant, and all the tidbits about wine nobody else tells you. This tasting includes a molecular pairing experiment with a sandwich, and a chocolate pairing session.
